What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead - Talent Acquisition who will join our team at Global Talent and Capability Development Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing, attracting and engaging with a diverse pool of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events and direct sourcing
• Plan and actively being a part of university activities and other career days; ensuring participation in the framework of employer branding strategy and determining necessary organizational needs
• Responsible for the effective design, successful implementation, and strategic expansion of Fresh Start Internship Program
• Take active role in the development of the employer branding strategy by implementing projects and communication activities that support this strategy. 
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies and implementing innovative sourcing strategies accordingly
• Partner with and develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements, coach and advise on our recruitment process, and develop capability
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct structured interviews and coordinating assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and taking care of follow-ups alongside hiring managers, adapting recruitment processes to ensure effectiveness
• Collect and analyze recruitment related metrics to identify market trends and advising on areas of improvement to the recruitment strategy

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources field especially in recruitment
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to identify candidates' competencies, potential and cultural fit
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
