What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Data Scientist who will join our team at IT Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Develop and implement machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions to solve complex business challenges.
• Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition and data preparation to model deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, business intelligence, and product teams, to drive data initiatives.
• Design and improve predictive models, recommendation systems, and optimization algorithms.
• Communicate findings through compelling data visualizations and storytelling to influence strategic decisions.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and scalability in all analytics solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning.
• Contribute to building a data-driven culture by mentoring junior data scientists, conducting technical workshops, and sharing best practices.
• Provide technical leadership in defining data science strategies and best practices across the organization.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or related analytical roles.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL, with experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for scalable data processing and analytics.
• Experience in deploying machine learning models into production environments, including MLOps best practices.
• Strong experience in working with large-scale data, cloud-based solutions, and data engineering best practices.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions with measurable impact.
• Experience in mentoring junior team members and providing technical leadership.
• Strong ability to present complex findings in a clear and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced business environment with an understanding of key business drivers and challenges.
