What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist-Payroll to join our team at Accounting&Finance Tribe.
• Calculating monthly payroll and creating these accounting records,
• Accruing and declaring Social Security Premiums and VAT to relevant institutions, monitoring their payments,
• Monitoring, controlling and reporting TUBITAK, R&D and all other incentives,
• Controlling and reporting payroll results of monthly and hourly paid employees,
• Running difference payrolls including advances and fringe benefits valid in unionized workplaces
The position is located in Cerkezkoy/Tekirdag. Hybrid working model is available.
How we describe the perfect match?
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related departments,
• Minimum 3 years of experience on payroll and salary management and especially collective bargaining agreement payroll experience is crucial,
• Having experience on SAP HR module,
• Having knowledge on R&D Incentives and Social Security Incentives,
• Having knowledge about labor law, social security regulation, labor force regulation and related incentives regarding payroll.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies
• Outside the box thinking ability
• Open to innovation culture
• Flexible and open to new perspectives
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset
• Knowing what empathy really means
• Being open to communication.
