What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist -Quality Assur.&Customer Services who will join our team at WAT Mobility Company.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes within operations.
• Conducting audits and performance assessments of EV charging stations.
• Monitoring KPIs related to uptime, fault resolution, and user satisfaction.
• Investigating and resolving quality issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective action plans.
• Managing and evaluating supplier performance, ensuring component and service quality from vendors meets internal standards.
• Collaborating with maintenance, customer service, engineering, and supplier teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international standards related to EV infrastructure.
• Supporting documentation and reporting of quality metrics to leadership.
The position is located in Çayırova/İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or operations within energy, mobility, or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience with supplier management and vendor quality control processes.
• Hands-on experience in EV charger design, manufacturing, or testing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with quality tools (e.g., FMEA, RCA, Six Sigma).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
