What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our team at Turkey, Middle East, Africa Sales&Marketing Tribe.
• Reporting the export/import data of the relevant markets periodically,
• Analyzing the competitive elements, opportunities and risks in the relevant markets, and being able to position the appropriate product ranges competitively
• Initiating new commercial relationships with partners most suitable for the company's vision by meeting with potential/alternative Dealer/OEM candidates in the monitored region, and revealing the potential business volume suitable for WAT's product range
• Carrying out activities to increase sales in the relevant markets, and leading business and product development efforts
• Following and reporting the annual, quarterly and monthly sales performances of the OEMs and distributors
• Sharing prices and sales conditions with customers, constantly monitoring the updates of prices with the finance team and making updates when necessary
• Tracking customer payments
• Making an annual program of fair visits to customers and relevant markets, organizing meetings and taking actions to strengthen relations with existing customers and accelerate the initiation of commercial relations with potential customers
• Carrying out the necessary activities to improve existing processes and increasing customer satisfaction by taking into account the feedback from customers and consulting with other departments when necessary
• Following the products from beginning to end during their shipment
• Analyzing the stocks in the company and ensuring that they are evaluated in suitable markets and customers
• Following the relevant activities in order to promote and sell a new product group when it is created, and to ensure the coordination of trial use and potential work
• Contributing to the order management process by determining the optimum stock level and updating them
• Coordinating with the Legal Department and managing the process for signing annual dealer contracts with customers
• Resolving customer technical questions and needs
• Taking active part in fairs.

The position is located in Çamlıca Office. Hybrid working model is available.

How we describe the perfect match?


• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering (Master's degree is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
• Having experience in Middle East and Africa Sales and Business Development processes
• Having a good technical background about Low Voltage Electrical Motor
• Understanding the need of market and customer
• Preferably entry level of ERP knowledge
• Thinking broadly about business
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies
• Outside the box thinking ability
• Open to innovation culture
• Flexible and open to new perspectives
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset
• Knowing what empathy really means
• Being open to communication.
• No restriction for traveling, having valid driving license.
