What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer – Quality Assurance who will work for Dishwasher Product Directorate.

• Investigate product quality to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction,
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases and make reliability analyses,
• Have ambition to work in a laboratory, test and create systems,
• Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement,
• Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability,
• Work actively with the Engineering team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure process capability is effective in meeting product and process requirements,
• Involve in new R&D Projects for transferring the Quality perspective and guiding FMEA sections.

The position is located in Ankara.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors Degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering (Masters Degree is a plus),
• New graduate or studying in the last year of the university (preferably having an internship in the Quality departments,
• Having a role in R&D Projects in the past is a plus,
• Knowledge or experience in design/production/working principles of consumer durables is a plus,
• Performs advanced analysis of failures in products, sub-parts, and components, find the root cause and solutions,
• Familiar with statistical, data analysis, and problem-solving methods & tools (like 6sigma, TRIZ, etc),
• Knowledge of Quality Management Standards,
• Has experience in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Qlik, etc) is plus,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
