What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Specialist - Accounting (Import) who will join our team at Accounting Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Track and control customs and import documents with various analyzes, and support audit processes,
• Control transactions of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable accounts,
• Control and register of the e-invoices to the SAP System before month closing,
• Take part in the preparation of routine and urgent reports that will be needed for the management,
• Contribute to the reconciliation process with suppliers,
• Support regular and systematic reporting in constant communication with subsidiaries and operations,
• Work actively in coordination with the supply chain function and customs consultancy for conducting processes in accordance with accounting and reporting principles.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Having a degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business Fields of Study,
• Preferably 2-4 years of experience in accounting and reporting departments,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
