What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead – UX/UI who will join our team at Global Brand Management Directorate.

• Being the design owner of our e-commerce platforms for 4 different brands.
• Developing campaign landing pages with various agencies.
• Developing content architecture for e-commerce channels with various agencies.
• Coordinating the analysis and optimization of various user experiences through attribution and data analytics, including coordinating plans around Imagery, Text, overall positioning of elements, and user flow. Express these plans effectively through wireframes to help guide development.
• Leveraging A/B testing through personalization tools, measure and assess results, iterated additional changes as warranted.
• Reviewing and assess user interaction screen capture recordings and heatmaps to better understand flow and interest areas.
• Analyzing customer types and lifecycles to determine optimal shifts in customer experience over time
• Working with Software development teams to provide insights and guidance to ensure that UX/UI experiences are optimized and consistent where appropriate between web based user experiences.
• Adapting to last minute changes and reprioritize jobs.

 The position is located in Sütlüce.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field,
• Min 8 years of experience as a UI-UX Designer or similar role,
• Having min 6 years of experience in creating wireframes,
• Having min 4 years of e-commerce platforms,
• Having experience with Google Analytics required,
• Having experience with User Research tools and platforms,
• Having experience with HTML5 & CSS3 (plus not a requirement).
• Having knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding the needs of the market & customer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
