• Acts as a business analyst in software development projects and uses Ford Otosan IT Software Development Methodologies and Processes
• Project and Program management to launch new production systems.
• Coordinate and manage all project items between Ford Otosan IT, Ford Otosan Business teams and third-party software development companies.
• Designs business processes, carrying out required functional and technical analysis based on business needs and demands.
• Searches for the ways to increase productivity by reassessing business processes that affect various functions.
• Ensures coordination of business requirements and functional requirements by working closely with development teams throughout the software development process.
• Performs functional tests and responsible for user acceptance tests.

• BSc / MSc degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer / Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience with process design, business analysis, system analysis or project management
• Ability to work in an Agile Environment
• Ability to work multiple stakeholders and third-party companies
• Strong written and verbal communication and coordination skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Committed to continuous technical learning and personal development of self and others
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
• Effective team player to collaborate with other people in different projects
• Advanced level of English
