What awaits you in this role?We are looking for a passionate Product Owner – EV Charging Services to join our team at Digital Products Tribe.• Creating the path for best customer experience by applying customer and market insight and be part of business model creation in emerging EV charging services business,
• Creating intelligent IoT systems that provides added value to customers and creates customer loyalty,
• Focusing on the customer experience and technical capabilities to identify opportunities and create realizable product development strategies,
• Managing product and technical requirements of internal and external customers, and cooperating with all stakeholders as part of EV charging services business,
• Defining new features and functionalities in the context of EV charging services’ mobile and web services,
• Creating and managing backlog items, ensuring that all work is owned by the team and constantly following this process,
• Participate in agreeing and negotiating contracts with suppliers,
• Coordinating agile product development and test life cycles and taking part in each phase,
• Working with an agile team consisting of developers, technical and business analysts, UI/UX and infrastructure specialists
• Collaborating with procurement, sales, marketing, finance and legal departments, and top management,
• Presenting outcomes to internal and external customers, and to top management
The position is located in Çamlıca İş Merkezi/İstanbul. Hybrid working model is available. How we describe the perfect match?
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Electronics Engineering or related fields (Master's degree or Ph.D. is a plus),
• Minimum 5 years of intensive product development experience that created customer-delivered products on the field,
• Experienced in managing IoT product development from scratch and maintaining the product in the field,
• Experienced in B2C/B2B mobile and web application development,
• Experienced in ERP/CRM related integrations for the product platform,
• Experienced to manage product requirements and deliver the product as agreed on tight schedule,
• Knowledge for campaign and discount management integrated with the product platform,
• Knowledge on design tools such as Framer, Miro, Zeplin, etc.
• Knowledge on EV charging services platforms,
• Knowledge in basic software engineering, mobile and web services, and IoT product technologies,
• Knowledge of using agile product development methodologies for product ownership (Scrum, Lean, Agile),
• Able to prioritize tasks and customer requirements, and act under time pressure,
• Providing customer support by building up a close communication channel with both internal and external customers,
• Strong collaboration and communication skills,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
