• Development and implementation of the training delivery plan including training materials, timings, locations, training standards and measurement of the training.
• Be aware of new trends and tools in employee development
• Provide career and development support for employees' development planning

• Be a career coach for the interns and guide them through their internship career journey by making positive impacts to the internship experience.
• Partner effectively with HR specialist groups such as Employee and Labour Relations, Recruiting, HR Services, and Compensation
• Be a leader or team member of ad-hoc HR projects as necessary
• Lead the implementation and continuous management of the LMS, and to be the point of contact.
• Support the Graduate Development Programme by providing development and learning solutions
• Carry out capability assessments across the organization

• Digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes.
