What awaits you in this role?

 We are looking for a passionate Legal Adviser & Compliance Officer candidate to join our team at Wat Motor Company.

• To investigate and analyze the legal problems of the company or public institution,
• Examining and evaluating legal documents such as contracts, licenses, sales, title deeds,
• To apply for the registration of certain products, services and trademarks of the organization,
• Advising officials on government policies, tax laws and other legal matters.
• Negotiating with other legal advisers, public authorities and courts,
• To investigate risk factors related to business decisions and transactions,
• Preparing contracts, statements, agreements and other legal documents,
• Collaborating with management to develop effective defense strategies,
• Informing the managers about the current and new legal regulations and providing training to the departments on various legal issues when necessary,
• To follow up the cases and applications and ensure their conclusion.

The position is located in Çayırova.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Specialized in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Contracts Law and Labor Law,
• To have managerial and leadership qualities,
• Demonstrate analysis and reporting skills,
• Demonstrate the ability to produce solutions in the face of problems,
• To be able to use verbal and written communication channels effectively,
• To behave in accordance with professional ethics,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Strong interpersonal skills with strong analytical, problem solving skills,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,

• No restriction for traveling, having valid driving license.
