What You’ll Do?

• Conducting meetings with equity and fixed income investors, analysts and informing them periodically in regard of company developments.
• Managing the quarterly result announcement process within the framework of CMB of Turkey obligations and ensuring coordination with relevant departments throughout the process.
• Monitoring the company's share performance, reporting changes, and informing senior management when necessary.
• Preparation and control of investor presentations
• Keeping the database of the Investor Relations department up to date and controlling it
• Input and manage all investor and prospect data, develop reports and processes, and maintain data integrity
• Managing, tracking, and updating Annual Conference and Roadshow calendars
• Working in close collaboration with Corporate Governance team to ensure transparent, efficient, and compliant disclosures.
• Answering external questions (coming from investors and analysts) in accordance with the legislation rules in cooperation with the relevant departments within the company and reporting requests and comments to senior management when necessary
• Assist with prospecting efforts, carefully targeting potential new investors through conferences, roadshows, introductions, and intelligent reach outs.
• Managing the Investor Relations website to ensure it is up to date.
• Engaging in regular dialogues and IR marketing activities with equity analysts and investors, including one-on-one meetings and calls

Qualifications

What We Look For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting or Business Administration/Management
• 5+ years of financial services experience (Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Treasury or Financial Reporting) with a minimum 2-year experience in Investor Relations
• Strong written and oral communication skills must be comfortable writing scripts and talking points.
• Proactive with a strong attention to detail
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
• Having Capital Markets Activities Level 3 and Corporate Governance Rating Specialist Licenses
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Suitable for travel
• A great team player and self-starter with a go-getter attitude
