How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Health Staff who will join our team at Health team in Electronics Plant.

• Taking part in the design and execution of all health processes carried out within Arçelik, ensuring coordination between domestic and international locations and taking part in periodic reports,
• Fulfilling the responsibilities specified in the regulation on the duties, authorities, responsibilities and training of other Health Personnel,
• Assisting the Occupational Physician in the execution and implementation of preventive and curative health services,
• Participation and compliance with activities (training, projects, etc.) carried out with the aim of improving the service quality offered to the company.

The position is located in Çerkezkoy.
 

How do we describe the perfect fit?

• Graduated from Health Officer, Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic or Nursing departments of universities or Health Vocational High Schools,
• Documentation tracking and record keeping skills,
• Developed planning, organization and analytical thinking skills,
• Having strong communication skills,
• Able to work flexibly when necessary,
• Preferably with Basic-Advanced Life Support Certificate, DSP Certificate, First Aid Trainer Certificate etc.,
• High ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
• Being open to communications always our priority.
