We are looking for a Specialist - People and Culture (Compensation&Benefit, HR Analystics, Reporting and HRIS) who will work Token People and Culture Team.

  • Supporting the implementation of competitive salary and compensation management,
  • Participating in and analyzing wage research surveys,
  • Designing salary package model for newcomers and making annual Premium calculations,
  • Preparing and analyzing regular and ad hoc reports annual employee budget, head count, turnover, monthly forecasts and periodic reports,
  • Having HRIS responsibilities and taking an active role in HR systems such as SAP HR, successfactors, performance system platform, etc.
  • Designing and developing HR Analytics models in line with the needs of HR and business lines,
  • Analyzing and reporting of HR data and surveys.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, Statistics or related fields,
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in compensation and benefits, analytics, reporting or HRIS departments,
  • Excellent proficiency of advanced Excel,
  • Experience with BI Tools is an asset,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Strong analytical skills, strong planning, organizational and project management skills,
  • Self-motivated, deadline oriented, fast-learner, curious mindset,
  • A great team player with a self-initiative approach.
