What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate – Marketing & Communication (EV Charging Ecosystem) to join our team at WAT Mobilite Marketing&Communications

· To support the realization of marketing campaign plans in line with the needs of the brand and sales teams and to monitor and report the results.
· Ensuring the execution of planned communication in line with the brand marketing strategy (TV, Outdoor and Radio)
· Supporting the creation of marketing initiatives, programs and campaigns that will create new opportunities
· Working in coordination with agencies and internal teams to implement communications at scheduled times.
· Integrating, on-site implementation, monitoring and reporting of commercial marketing plans for the brand to achieve its annual targets.
· Identifying needs related to the annual trade plan and the sales team's request; Managing purchasing, design and implementation processes.
· Coordinating the distribution of materials and controlling their use in the field.
· Supporting the preparation of supplier & producer price lists, managing price list change processes.
· To determine, implement and monitor the strategy of sales support activities and campaigns and to report the results.
· To ensure that studies are carried out on the positioning of products on the basis of channels and customers.
· Determining and directing the needs of the field team for sales development on the basis of channels.

The position is located in Çamlıca Office. Hybrid working model is available.

How we describe the perfect match?

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration
· Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in marketing/communication
· Strong project management, negotiation, and contract management skills
· Having strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent verbal and written skills in English
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
· Following and adapting the marketing trends and new technologies
· Outside the box thinking ability
· Open to innovation culture
· Flexible and open to new perspectives
· A great team player with a self-initiative mindset
· Knowing what empathy really means
· Being open to communication.
