Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
At least 5 years of working experience; preferably minimum 3 years management experience in after-sales
Having technical knowledge about after-sales service
Strong analytical & critical thinking skills and ability to manage multi-projects
Ability to improve business processes; project and team management skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to liaise and influence at all levels
Teamwork oriented with good communication skills
Fluency in English
