We are looking for a new After Sales Services Assistant Manager to join us. Would you like to be a part of our team?

So, what responsibilities does the After Sales Services Assistant Manager take on at Otokoç Automotive?

  • To determine the annual number of services, turnover, and profitability targets in line with the company policies and targets and create an annual business plan.
  • Establishing and implementing strategies to achieve the objectives
  • Within the framework of the business plan, to check the compliance of the service expenses with the budget and to manage the resources effectively
  • To determine the annual investment plans of the service and to ensure its implementation
  • Carrying out improvement activities to increase workshop efficiency
  • Planning and implementing activities to gain new customers

What are the Required Qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
  • At least 5 years of working experience; preferably minimum 3 years management experience in after-sales
  • Having technical knowledge about after-sales service
  • Strong analytical & critical thinking skills and ability to manage multi-projects
  • Ability to improve business processes; project and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to liaise and influence at all levels
  • Teamwork oriented with good communication skills
  • Fluency in English
