We are looking for a new Sales Assistant Manager to join us. Would you like to be a part of our team?

So, what responsibilities does the Sales Assistant Manager - Used Car take on at Otokoç Automotive?

  • Planning sale channels in line with the company's strategies, ensuring customer development and growth
  • Managing marketing activities for agencies and corporate companies
  • Manage the field team who is responsible for the customer platform
  • Following the market and key players according to the long-term targets
  • Keeping in constant contact with the key account customers
  • Develop his/her teams sales activities and track their sales performance weekly/monthly/quarterly
  • Providing and monitoring the standards of the physical conditions at the point of sale

What are the Required Qualifications?

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics
  • Preferably experienced in the automotive industry, used car sales or fleet sales.
  • At least 3 years of management experience in sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Good at written and communication skills in English
  • Driving license is a must
