Specialist - Marketing Excellence, | Koç Kariyerim

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Specialist - Marketing Excellence who will join our team at Marketing Analytics&Transformation Directorate in Beko, who will be responsible for;

• Setting marketing budget allocation guidelines and coordinating the marketing budget planning process in collaboration with global marketing teams,
• Monitoring marketing budget performance for all regions and countries, conducting follow-ups to track execution,
• Checking compliance of marketing plans and budgets with Zero-Based Budgeting standards and the brand roadmap,
• Monitoring regional execution and activation of global campaigns and assets,
• Setting and monitoring marketing KPIs to manage and track performance across the function,
• Working closely with internal stakeholders, such as Marketing Strategy, Brand, Media, Digital , Finance, IT teams
• Developing standard documentation and processes for the marketing function.

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering,  IT/ Analytics or other related fields,
• Min 5+ years experience in marketing planning, marketing financials or marketing strategy
• Bias for action with a growth mindset is a must
• Eager to learn new things / curiosity is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, any other language is an advantage 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, mainly Excel capability, is required
• Interest in working in marketing & strategy & data analytics
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside-the-box thinking ability 
• Open to innovative culture
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset
