So, what responsibilities does the Agile Coach take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?

  • Be a champion change agent for cultivating Koç Way of Agile culture within the company following change management principles.
  • Support multiple squads,Agile roles, senior leadership and stakeholders of the squad to help build and reinforce the Agile mindset and to embed Agile principles in the day to day work.
  • Monitor the maturity of Agile teams, understand where the teams are in their journey and actively support the teams for delivering value effectively by offering the right approach.
  • Monitor enterprise-level Agile transformational metrics.
  • Collaborate with other Agile Coaches to continuously improve the adoption of Koç Way of Agile culture.
  • Manage organizational impediments, engage Senior Leadership and/or other Agile Coaches if necessary, provide them options to handle the impediments, track them until they are solved.
  • Govern the collaboration mechanisms among Agile teams for a sustainable delivery pace.
  • Design and conduct the necessary workshops to facilitate solving the problems of the teams.
  • Train the organization about Agile Mindset & Frameworks.

What are the Required Qualifications?

  • B.Sc degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Sciences or Mechanical Engineering or any similar and related field
  • Advance command of written and spoken English
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office applications and Agile Tools (Azure, Jira, Trello, etc.)
  • Experience in developing and coaching teams in the area of continuous improvement
  • Train team members on agile framework
  • Assess agile maturity of teams and coach to higher level of maturity at a sustainable pace
  • Comfortable in communicating with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of different Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, SaFe, LeSS, XP, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience about coaching on scaling agile frameworks
  • Monitor and measure the success of the agile transformation
  • Gamification and design thinking experience is a plus
  • Agile coaching experience in hardware industry is a plus
  • Experience in okr coaching is a plus
  • Professional/team coaching certificate is a plus
  • Experience in the automotive industry is considered as an asset
  • Having strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Being a good team player and willing to be a part of agile teams
  • Completion of military service for male candidates is an asset
  • PSM1, PSM2, PSPO1, PSK, PAL, KMP1 certifications are required (KMP2 and PMI-ACP certification is an asset)
  • Location is in Istanbul
