ROLE PROFILE

You will be responsible for realizing solution building, proposal management and business development activities during the sales process, and the management of vendor relations activities in a way that is compatible with the financial goals and corporate strategies of KoçDigital solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Realizes the determination of short and medium-term sales strategies in accordance with KoçDigital Data and AI Solutions' strategies and ensuring the realization of financial goals.

• Realizes the creation of a solution portfolio with business units, vendors, and business partners in line with the analysis of market and customer demands and developing appropriate strategies accordingly.

• Prepares proposals in a coordinated manner with technical teams, product teams, vendor, and business partner ecosystems during the proposal process.

• Positions KoçDigital products and solutions to the market in line with the company's strategies, presenting KoçDigital project experiences and solutions at customer events, workshops, and presentations, playing a role both within and outside the company regarding market dynamics and technology trends in the field.

• Manages sales pipelines with critical suppliers and ensuring that actions are followed up and realized.

• Conducts business development activities with new suppliers that develop solutions in line with company strategies and expanding the supplier and solution portfolio.

• Ensure the closure of sales and taking profitable actions in the sales process with Industry Leaders.

• Creates revenue-increasing sales opportunities and following up on sales actions with Industry Leaders.

• Realizes opportunities that are monitored on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, determining strategies and tactics to ensure sales. Escalating and reporting the escalation process when necessary.

• Monitors the rebate programs of responsible business partners, tracking how rebates are calculated, what percentage of rebates are given to which product group, and taking actions to increase revenue.

Qualifications

• The candidate will be interested in advanced analytics, data, and artificial intelligence solutions, and selling digital solutions will be passionate about evangelizing latest technologies and concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

• The candidate will be a problem solver and original thinker, with a flair for influencing customer’s buying decisions.

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales or business development in technology industry and have experience for creating solution design, pricing, benchmarking and presenting the solutions.

• Awareness of current trends in technology

• Proven passion and ability to influence

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related discipline

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent presentation skills
