Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields from a reputable university,
2+ years of experience in an Internal Audit role with a large multinational corporation and/or Big Four or large regional accounting firm,
Experience in project management or coordinating large deliverables with inputs from multiple sources,
Professional experience with a concentration in internal audits, financial audits, regulatory process management audits,
Ability to blend business process and technical skills to facilitate effective client discussions throughout the cycle of the project deliverables, strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills,
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels,
Self motivation to maintain a high standard of performance in varying environments while exercising judgement and initiative in locating various sources of information,
Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment,
Having a logical approach to their work and the manner in which they present information. This in addition to their ability to work under pressure with the capacity to multitask, along with the ability to function independently and still operate as part of a team,
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute end-to-end audit process; plan and develop the approach, highlight process deficiencies, improvement requirements and recommend methodology for solutions,
Provide the neccessary support to prepare Audit Committee, Internal Audit and Ethics Committee presentations and follow-up assignments,
Understand Company and local policies and procedures, Company and local delegations of authority, and local reporting requirements and other relevant audit criteria,
Execute remediation and testing mechanisms of general and application controls to address audit recommendations and findings,
Establish, assess, optimize and sustain controls while improving efficiencies and adding value enterprise-wide,
Assist the Senior Internal Audit Manager in the administrative tasks related to the IA,
Collaborate with teams across the business and determine impact on the overall control environment and audit approach,
Partner with business stakeholders to ensure effective controls in operations and in financial reporting, become a trusted advisor to business,
Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings; provide recommendation for correcting or addressing shortfalls and improving operational efficiency.
