Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Software Deputy Manager to join our Technology Departmant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing software development projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions, and supporting the Technology Departmant. in achieving its strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee software development projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with the Technology Departmant to identify software requirements and develop solutions that meet these needs.
• Supervise a team of software developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices, standards, and methodologies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate software solutions into the overall company infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java,.Net, Python, C++, or similar.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Experience about E-Commerce and Mobile Application
• Experience about FMCG sector is a plus
