What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a Lead Engineer-Process Engineering who will join our team at Dryer Plant.

• Being responsible for plastic injection molding related continuous improvement (e.g. cycle time, scrap, quality, material cost reduction, etc.)
• Coordinating, supporting and monitoring the implementation of projects, process activities and requirements till serial production.
• Providing technical support for supplier production process problems
• Managing / planning cost-saving, quality improvement projects.
• Managing mold and supplier capacity,

The position is located in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industry / Metallurgical and Materials Engineering,
• Having good knowledge on plastic production process and part & mold design,
• Having minimum 3+ years of experience in plastic production sector,
• Having good knowledge on molding simulation (Moldflow is a plus),
• Having experience in project management/ cost reduction project,
• Willing and able to work in a dynamic environment and motivated to be a self-developer,
• Closely follow the technology and ability to adapt the new technology
• Having strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
