What awaits you in this role?

Arçelik Pazarlama A.Ş is looking for an Specialist - Risk Management /Financial Intelligence who will work for Finance & Accounting Directorate.

  • Company's Receivable Risk Management,
  • Conducting financial analysis, credit scoring and risk performance of existing and future customers/dealers,
  • Controlling and carrying out the guarantee process of customers including real estate appraisals, mortgages, bank guarantee letters,
  • Being in touch with sales/finance teams in terms of receivables performance, open account limit assessment and approvals,
  • Instant, weekly, monthly and annual reporting,
  • Reporting monthly risk reports, receivable performance reports and presentations to upper management,
  • Follow-up, reporting and early warning system development of overdue receivables,
  • Checking of credit insurance limits and terms,
  • Participating in the preparation of quarterly Receivable Risk Committee meetings,
  • Being a part of Enterprise Risk Management process in Company in line with parent company guidelines,
  • Conducting risk workshops with business units through risk assessments, including impact and probability evaluations,
  • Creating risk mitigations through action plans with process owners, monitor the progress of those actions,
  • Taking role in new projects of Company with risk point of view (feasibilities, risk assessments, etc.),
  • Forecasting the budget for Risk Management, making actual expenditure budget follow-ups.


How we describe the perfect fit?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Finance or similar programs,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance field and risk management experience is a plus,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Experience in creating reports/presentations,
  • Having strong knowledge of MS Office Applications with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills,
  • Experience in SAP Credit Risk, SAP FI and SAP BPC is a plus,
  • Experience in Qlik Sense and RPA is a plus,
  • Sensitive for business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information,
  • No restriction to travel,
  • Thinking broadly about business,
  • Outside the box thinking ability,
  • Have the competence to develop their work, themselves and their teammates,
  • Understanding needs of the market & customer,
  • Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
