What awaits you in this role? 

We are  looking for a passionate Manager – B2C Operation and Services (IT) who will work for Customer Experience & Transformation Directorate.

• Continuously improving, optimizing and streamlining our current application maintenance and operations in B2C Commerce, 
• Leading competent technical support teams to ensure quality delivery of IT services,
• Driving the relationship of critical 3rd party suppliers to support sustainable IT systems, 
• Enhancing customer satisfaction by defining and improving performance metrics (KPIs),
• Analyzing existing and potential problem areas, developing and communicating corrective action ad mitigation plans for successful resolution, 
• Identifying and executing process improvements related to Application Management Services, systems and client implementations,
• Taking accountability for service delivery performance,
• Providing strategic direction for technical assessment, architecture, design and deployment of new products or services, 
• Preparing and monitoring annual IT OPEX budget,  
   

The position located in Kadıköy.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or closely related field in Engineering,
• 8+ years of experience in IT systems (B2C/B2B Commerce know-how is a plus), 
• Proven experience in IT service management (proven background as a IT Service Delivery Manager is a plus), 
• Knowledge of Commercial IT systems,
• SAP Hybris (Commerce Cloud) know-how is appreciated, 
• Familiarity with service management software, ticketing systems and reporting tools (such as Jira,Confluence),
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and communicate with customers and stakeholders,
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with customer-centric approach,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and escalate if necessary, 
• Following and adopting the e-commerce trends and new technologies,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
