What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist Engineer – Quality Assurance who will work for Dishwasher Product Directorate.

• Investigating product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
• Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases and making reliability analysis.
• Ambition to work in laboratory, testing and creating systems,
• Identifying quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement 
• Inspecting product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability
• Working actively with Engineering team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure  process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements
• Involving new R&D Projects for transferring the Quality perspective and guiding FMEA sections.

The position is located in Ankara.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's Degree is a plus),
• 3+ years experience related Quality Assurance/R&D roles,
• Having a role in R&D Projects in the past is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience on design/production/working princible of consumer durables is a plus.
• Knowledge of simulation and analysis tools, (CAD designer tools)
• Performing advanced analysis of failures in products, sub-parts and components, find the root cause and solutions.
• Familiar with statistical, data analysis and problem solving methods & tools (like 6sigma, TRIZ etc).
• Knowledge of Quality Management Standards
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
