What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Lead- Partnerships Management who will join our team at Marketing directorate.


  • Having Brand and Marketing Experience
  • Being responsible for development of the strategy, doing the planning and managing the execution of all the contracted items based on the  partnership agreements.
  • Managing the partnerships executions nationally & internationally by working with pre-defined KPI sets and timeframe.
  • Working closely with diverse departments both from internal&external to create synergy and successful executions with our partners.
  • Establishing and keeping good working relationships with all the parties based on trust and understanding their needs, expectations and challenges.
  • On top of the above expectations,  being responsible to identify new potential partnership and business opportunities with local&global teams and partners.


The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.


How we describe the perfect match?

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role in FMCG sector.
  • Excellent analytical and financial skills to work on global and local business partnership cases with minimum supervision
  • Capable to work on big strategic initiatives by defining objectives with data-based logic, defining all the steps of the initiatives and executing the plans to target success.
  • Strong negotiation skills and high partner/client management competence to be able to deliver strong business results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Cooperative character with strong analytical skills and creative thinking
  • Strong management skills on account & budget control
  • Passion for developing new projects and ideas
  • Strong presentation and communication skills are required
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives,

  • A great team player with a self initiative mindset,

  • Being open to communication is always o priority.
