What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Lead Engineer- R&D (Cleaning & Textile Technologies) who will join our team at Production & Technology directorate.

• Participating in R&D projects for developing new features and technologies for washing machines
• Evaluating of designs, documents, standards, algorithms, patents, benchmarks and technologies,
• Learning and developing related tests and methods
• Following and Planning technology roadmaps

The position located in Çayırova

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, PhD is a plus
• Having expertise in fluid or thermal system design 
• Having experience or high enthusiasm for data science and AI applications
• Responsibility of experimental or computational modeling studies
• Responsibility of project management in sustainability and innovative feature development
• Ability to work within a project-based organization with deliverables responsibility
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Thinking broadly about business
• Understanding the needs of the market & customers,
• Having a desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
