What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Specialist-Product Management who will join our team at Marketing Directorate.

  • Leading marketing growth strategy & transformation 
  • Establishing true product range, specification and price logic behind the category/range architecture.
  • Price Management –own price positioning, build pricing logic and set pricing and promotional guidelines where required. Being responsible for the profit/loss of the products.
  • Coordinating sell-out and sell in forecast construction by product and making necessary adjustments internally and externally
  • Analysing monthly stock in trade situations, monitor product supply risks and notifying related teams
  • Ensuring complete delivery of all required launch tools to improve market impact and investment efficiency with Prelaunch planning and Post-launch tracking. 
  • Owning and supervising KPIs with a focus on revenue, price, mix and profit.
  • Analysing for understanding and interpreting market research data and competitor analysis to craft and steer the business direction. Identify new opportunities or corrective actions to existing businesses to ensure the business stays agile and is always able to capitalise on changing market dynamics.
  • Coordinating ATL, BTL, and social media communications of the owned products. (360° communication)
  • Managing the cross-functional teams and key stakeholders including Content Management Team, plan and follow up the content creation process.
  • Working closely with the Digital Marketing Communication team, actively planning and following up on influencer marketing projects

 

The position is located in İstanbul, Kadıköy.

 

How do we describe the perfect match?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administrative or Engineering Departments (Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering etc.)  or similar disciplines.
  • Excellent Planning and Organization Skills.
  • High self-motivation with the ability to see opportunities and translate them into ideas, solutions, initiatives that directly impact the business performance.
  • Ability to analyse the market and establish our strategies against the competition - excellent interpersonal skills in English crucial, with good appreciation of global multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills and comfortable presenting to senior executives at both a strategic level and a detailed operational level.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is necessary.
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives
  • A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
