What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead B2C Commerce Analyst – IT who will join our team at Transformation & Alternative Sales Directorate.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and elicit detailed requirements,
• Documenting and maintaining comprehensive business, functional, and technical specifications,
• Mapping and analyzing current business processes to identify areas for improvement,
• Coordinating with functional consultants and supplier team to implement the design,
• Assisting in the planning and execution of projects related to business process improvement,
• Ensuring appropriate use of IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologies,
• Preparing corrective action plan according to test results,
• Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business,
• Demonstrating a proactive eagerness to learn and adapt to new applications within the ecommerce ecosystem

The position is located in Kadıköy, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field in Engineering,
• 5+ years of experience in IT systems (B2C/B2B Commerce know-how is a plus),
• Proven experience in IT Project Management,  
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role,
• Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools,
• Following and adopting the e-commerce trends and new technologies,
• Having Business Analysis Certificate is a plus,
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire proficiency in new applications and technologies through proactive self-learning and adaptation,
• Having knowledge of security consepts of B2C websites,
• Having experience at website test automation to decrease the bugs and increase the quality of websites,
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with customer-centric approach,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and escalate if necessary,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
