What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer R&D - SW Power Electronics who will join our team at R&D Directorate.

• Improving and maintaining field-oriented motor control algorithms and embedded software on Durable Goods and PV Based  products and applications globally.
• Being responsible for research and development of embedded software for motor control applications. Specific activities will include design, test, and validation of power electronic-based products.
• Developing motor control software architecture to ensure fast and efficient execution of motor control projects.
• Ensuring fully functional and robust motor control software prior to integration into platforms by using appropriate tools and test methods
• Working actively with SW/HW experts to drive appropriate tradeoffs to deliver subsystem level attribute targets.
• Collaborating across functional and geographic boundaries to leverage global knowledge and deliver winning solutions.
• Designing new motor control algorithms to be applicable on microcontrollers such as ARM Cortex M0/M4/M7 series
• Supporting  technology roadmaps of the company about motor controls and SW developing,
• Scouting for new technologies about embedded software and motor control.

This position locate in İstanbul, Çayırova.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Control Engineering, or Computer Engineering. 
• Having experienced in Embedded software (C/C+) design especially on ARM Cortex M series microcontrollers,
• Having experience in MATLAB /Simulink tools is a plus,
• Self-motivated and a capability for working to a high level of detail and accuracy with an excellent working knowledge of modern control theory,
• Willing to make research about new technologies and new generations of microcontrollers,
• General knowledge of periphery disciplines (electronics, electromagnetics, power electronics),
• General knowledge of problem solving methodologies and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English. 
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
