What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate  Associate - Logistics Engineering  who will join our team at Supply Chain Directorate.

• Utilizing analytical skills to analyze and interpret logistics data, identifying opportunities for optimization within the global supply chain.
• Assisting in creating and implementing improvement strategies based on data-driven insights, contributing to cost-effective and efficient logistics solutions.
• Collaborating with teams across various departments to understand the nuances of different functions within the company.
• Working closely with logistics and operations teams to streamline processes and ensure efficient coordination between various elements of the supply chain.
• Supporting the assessment of current logistics processes, focusing on transportation and warehousing, to identify areas for enhancement.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies that improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations.
• Applying engineering principles to evaluate and optimize logistics processes, utilizing methodologies to enhance the flow of goods and reduce operational costs.
• Implementing innovative engineering solutions to address logistical challenges, aiming to improve throughput and minimize waste in the supply chain.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of processes and improvements, ensuring transparency and a comprehensive understanding of implemented changes.
• Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings, solutions, and improvements to stakeholders, promoting transparency and collaboration.

The position is located in Çayırova, İstanbul.

How we describe the perfect match? 

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar engineering fields,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in engineering methodologies and a keen interest in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments effectively.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, (Excel is a must)
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the global market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
