Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, or Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering
•Minimum 5 years of experience in development and permitting processes of Wind Power Plant projects
•Solid knowledge of zoning, expropriation, land registry, environmental, and forestry regulations
•Experience in land feasibility studies, site surveys, and field applications
•Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, NetCAD, ArcGIS, and similar professional software
•Strong coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams and public institutions
•Willing to work actively on-site and travel as required
•Valid Class B driving license and active driving experience

Responsibilities

•Preparing as-built surveying studies, road design works, and coordinated site layout plans for Wind (WPP) and Solar (SPP) Power Plant projects
•Planning and designing access roads for the transportation of main equipment from the Site Entrance Point to the project site
•Designing crane pads, platforms, and construction site areas
•Developing designs in line with turbine technical requirements, including road geometry, horizontal and vertical curve radii, slope gradients, cable routes, and blade sweep areas
•Preparing cross-sections, typical sections, earthwork (cut & fill) quantities, drainage solutions, and related technical reports
•Preparing technical and surveying data required for ÇED, TEA and/or EPDK processes
•Managing zoning plans, expropriation, forestry permits, Treasury land leasing, and easement right processes
•Coordinating with public authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout office and on-site processes
•Conducting technical, administrative, and land-use analyses for alternative project sites or turbine layouts
