As the Düzey family, we are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst Specialistto join our Finance Department, based in Istanbul. In this role, you will play a key part in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, contributing to the effective management of current accounts and supporting our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities Specific to the Position

• Responsible for managing budget and financial planning process
• Analyses actual results vs forecast & budget, identify and understand differences and trends
• Prepares monthly actual financial performance reports
• Ensures all financial reports are met internally & externally
• Follows internal and group company KPI’s
• Controls business units by working closely with all departments
• Assists business & management decisions by providing sales, cost & profitability analysis, and reports

•Bachelor or Master’s Degree in related fields
•Minimum 3 years of experience in related industries, Big 4 audit firm background is required.
•Preferably, having experience in SAP FI, COPA and BW environment

•Strong IFRS knowledge, especially IFRS 9, IFRS 16, IAS 29
•Customer-oriented and has strong analytical skills
•Ability to act in a way that reflects the vision and values of the organization
•Ability to work in coordination with effective communication and negotiation skills
•Dynamic, prone to teamwork, success, and result-oriented
•Skilled in planning, organization and coordination
•Ability to develop processes to implement opportunities that may arise
•Strong English communication skills
