What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Autonomous Systems Business Unit, where we build the future of intralogistics through intelligent automation, digitalization, and full-stack system integration.
• Take active roles in process analysis, optimization, and efficiency improvement projects
• Analyze in-plant and warehouse logistics processes to identify automation and digitalization opportunities
• Use simulation tools (Arena, AnyLogic, Simio, etc.) to model and optimize various intralogistics scenarios
• Support the integration of operational technologies (OT) and infrastructure within autonomous ecosystems
• Lead data collection, analysis, and real-time reporting
• Develop AI and data-driven optimization recommendations based on simulation outcomes
• Support the digital architecture integration (MES, ERP, WMS, TMS) for seamless operations
• Contribute to digital twin and real-time monitoring system development
• Collaborate with strategic partners and suppliers to ensure technical alignment
• Build smart, user-friendly dashboards and reporting tools
• Lead backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-functional team collaboration
• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals
• Inspire trust with stakeholders and customers, acting with initiative and ownership
The position is located in Çayırova. Hybrid working model is available.
How we describe the perfect match?
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in intralogistics, automation, or supply chain domains
• Hands-on experience with simulation software
• Knowledge of factory or warehouse logistics
• Experience in project management and data analysis
• Familiarity with automation, digital solutions, and enterprise systems (MES, ERP, WMS, TMS)
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Strategic thinking aligned with company vision
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Skills in negotiation, problem-solving, planning, and results-oriented working
• Following and adopting the market trends and new Technologies
• Outside the box thinking ability
• Open to innovation culture
• Flexible and open to new perspectives
• A great team player with a self initiative mindset
