What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead Engineer – Autonomous Systems who will join our team at Autonomous Systems Business Unit.

Taking an active role in process analysis, optimization and improvement projects
Analyzing in-plant and warehouse logistics processes in detail, and identifying automation potentials and areas where efficiency improvements can be achieved
Modeling, analyzing and evaluating different intralogistics scenarios using simulation software (e.g. Arena, AnyLogic, Simio etc.)
Taking an active role in the establishment of OT (Operational Technologies) infrastructure and integration processes
Effectively conducting data collection, analysis and reporting processes
Supporting optimization suggestions for the effective commissioning of autonomous systems and digital solutions based on simulation results and contributing to artificial intelligence & data analytics-based process optimization studies
Taking part in the creation of real-time monitoring panels and digital twin systems.

The position is located in Tuzla/İstanbul (Arçelik Çayırova Campus). Hybrid working model is available.

How we describe the perfect match?

Bachelor’s Degree from related engineering departments (Master's degree is a plus)
At least 5 years of experience, preferably in the Industrial field
Business area (Preferably in the fields of intralogistics, automation or supply chain).
Preferably experience in simulation program (Arena, AnyLogic, Simio etc.)
Knowledge of in-factory or warehouse logistics processes
Preferably experience in project management
Knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods
Basic knowledge of automation systems and digital solutions
Preferably knowledge of MES, ERP, WMS or TMS systems
Will be able to prioritize projects in line with the company's vision and goals
Proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written skills in English
Strong knowledge of communication, negotiation, rational, problem solving, planning, and results-oriented working skills.
