What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Engineer-Process Improvement (Fresh Graduate) who will join our team at the Production Tribe.
-Analyzing operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities, and transforming these insights into practical, result-oriented actions
-Performing bottleneck and line balancing analyses
-Carrying out studies aimed at increasing capacity and productivity
-Establishing automation infrastructure in line with automation strategies
-Adapting new production technologies to operations.
The position is located in Çerkezköy/Tekirdağ.
How do we describe the perfect match?
-Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
-Willingness to take an active role in automation and process improvement projects
-Being able to carry out projects for the adoption of new production technologies into operations
-Highly motivated to work on the shop floor
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
-Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
-Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
-Outside the box thinking ability,
-Open to innovation culture,
-Flexible and open to new perspectives,
-A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
-Knowing what empathy really means,
-Being open to communication.
