What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Sales Executive- eMobility Solutions to join our team at WAT Mobilite Sales Management.

• Define and implement the product strategy for EV charging and energy management solutions across commercial & fleet channels.
• Drive revenue and profitability growth by identifying new business opportunities, closing sales, and managing key accounts effectively.
• Collaborate closely with teams across Product, Business Development, Digital Services, and Marketing to align customer needs with the product roadmap and support software growth.
• Conduct customer and market research to guide pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for software offerings.
The position is located in Çamlıca Office. Hybrid working model is available.

How we describe the perfect match?

• 5+ years of total professional experience in (preferably) Sales, Account Management,
• BS in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent degree required; MBA or equivalent academic experience is a plus,
• Experience in any commercial or technical roles in EV Charging / eMobility business. EV Charger Sales, SaaS and IoT domains is a plus,

• Hands-on experience and deep understanding of CPO operations and fleet business is preferred,
• Experienced at meeting with customers and partners to understand market requirements and translating them into technical requirements for software engineering teams,
• Strong research abilities, with experience performing customer segmentation, price elasticity analysis, and margin analysis,
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple leadership levels,
• No restriction for traveling, having valid driving license,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
