Role: Sales Leader – Direct Sales Channel
Working Type / Location: Full-time / City: Ankara
Working Model: Hybrid
What are the responsibilities of this role?

• Contribute to company revenue by focusing on business and construction equipment transactions with customers; construction equipment sales leaders are responsible for new, used, and rental sales targets
• Develop and execute sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets; prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports
• Negotiate contracts and prices with customers and close deals
• Improve coverage within the defined region and/or customer segment to increase demand and sales opportunities; present and demonstrate construction equipment products and services
• Actively visit customers to establish and maintain sustainable professional relationships with both existing and potential clients; make cold calls and create alternative communication channels with new customers
• Achieve defined sales targets in terms of units sold, revenue, profitability, and other related goals
• Be accountable for the entire sales process from end to end, including invoicing and collections follow-up
• Track market activities and regularly report on developments
• Use CRM tools to report activities, opportunities, and lost sales
• Increase the number of new customers and expand into new markets
• Play an important role in the implementation of the business unit's strategies and conduct market research to share regional developments with relevant teams
• Manage sales and customer relations processes, as well as business development activities, in line with the sales targets set for the designated region
• Conduct business analysis to offer the most effective solutions to meet customer needs and create value
• Proactively address customer complaints, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate cooperation between departments to enhance loyalty
What are the general qualifications required for this role?
• Graduated from related Faculties/Departments of universities,
• Have advanced level of English,
• Having sales acumen preferably with relevant sales experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and preferably with knowledge of SAP (SRM).
