What You’ll Do?

- Managing the revision and development of ongoing systems to meet new emerging needs, working with business unit teams to understand the needs of business units and produce solutions,

- To analyze and document new business processes for decision support purposes in making necessary adaptations to the system, developing new software or selecting ready-made software, as needed.

- Ensuring communication with relevant key users on issues that need to be conveyed to consultants

- Providing support on existing SAP HR modules

- Contributing to the creation of the "Conceptual Design" and "User Guides" of the modules that have been completed and made ready for application.

- Providing application support by making necessary contacts with the directorates and refineries to which the applications being implemented or developed belong,

- Taking part in "joint working groups" created for projects, evaluating suggestions and decisions and identifying possible problems,

- Providing user support and training if necessary,

- To fulfill or ensure the requirements of current legislation and in-company regulations, standards and instructions regarding the field of responsibility.

What We Look For?

- At least 2 years of experience in SAP HR modules (HR, SuccessFactors etc.),
- Mastering payroll processes
- Having integration experience between SAP and nonSAP systems and being able to perform technical analysis
- Have documentation skills
- Able to produce solutions in line with customer needs,
- Closely follows technological innovations in its field,
- Graduated from engineering or business faculties of universities, (preferably Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Administration, etc.)
- Analytical thinking, solution-oriented, open to innovations
- Strong communication skills and prone to teamwork,
- Has a good command of English,
- Can/does reside in Istanbul,
- Male candidates are required to have completed their military service.
