Ensuring that main customer journeys are prepared and kept up to date.
To follow up action with relevant units by examining current contacts, identifying gaps in planned Journeys and actual contacts.
To monitor the suitability of sub-processes in all functions.
Determining customer experience promises for new products.
Giving UX commentary on the flow and language of self-service frontends used by customers
Following the channel simplification process.
Ensuring follow-up of actions to improve customer experience scores.
