We are looking for a new Operational Training Specialist to join us. Would you like to be a part of our team?

So, what responsibilities does the Operational Training Specialist take on at Otokoç Automotive?


• To carry out the orientation process, to provide technical information and operational support, to organize training organizations for the employees in the short-term rental.

• To provide support for all kinds of questions and problems regarding the ERP system from the Rental Offices.

• To design training for the Short Term car rental department, to develop and measure training content and to implement remedial suggestions.

• To be in contact with the Avis & Budget Group, to follow global innovations and to ensure continuous improvement in both training and application methods.

• To create operational efficiency in operational business development activities with a Lean Management perspective.

• To maintain continuous improvement activities with Kaizen studies.


What are the Required Qualifications?


• Bachelor’s degree and preferably master degree

• Preferably experienced in the automotive industry

• Project management experience

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs

• Good at written and communication skills in English
