So, what responsibilities does the SAP Lead take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?
• Managing the ERP (SAP) system; ensuring the correct execution of user, adaptation, maintenance, support, development and integration processes
• Facilitating communication and coordination between consultants, process owners and business units, providing consultancy on SAP and all systems integrated with SAP
• Overseeing user acceptance testing and quality control supervision
• Analyzing the impact of new solutions on SAP and existing systems and coordinating integration efforts
• Identifying, prioritizing and planning potential risks
• Responsible for resource, quality, procurement, and cost management
• Executing project management for the project, collaborating with senior management and the Steering Committee
• Evaluating functional and technical requests related to SAP modules and developments, making new adaptations
• Providing recommendations on areas for improvement or development within SAP
What are the Required Qualifications?
• Preferably graduated in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Management Systems or related fields
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP
• Experienced in team management
• Proficient in SAP S4/HANA full cycle project management
• Experience working with project management methodologies (agile, scrum, kanban) and their implementation
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP modules (FI, MM, TRM, SD)
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Visio, JIRA, etc.)
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and time management skills
