So, what responsibilities does the Financial Decision Support and Productivity take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?

  • Conducting Financial Analyzes (Net present value, internal rate of return, breakeven point, benefit cost analysis etc.) to provide support to decision makers in efficiency projects produced within the company.
  • Preparation of monthly management reports of business results with financial analysis
  • Determining and projecting the ratios of company operating income and expenses
  • Determination of KPIs of productivity projects and reporting their follow-up
  • The budgeting and reporting process for projects tracked using Zero-Based Budgeting methodology.
  • Planning the change of business process and structuring of analyzes
  • Identifying inefficient products for work pieces and presenting new ideas
  • Organizing studies for efficiency projects throughout the year
  • Conducting resource research for efficiency projects

What are the Required Qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s degree from a university in Engineering Departments, preferably Industrial Engineering
  • High potential with strong analytical and problem solving skills, critical thinking, result-oriented approach and ability to interpret financial data
  • Data-driven, comfortable working with complex data sources and creating simple narratives
  • Self-driven, able to work independently whilst valuing and fostering relationships with other key business areas
  • Confident to make decisions within an agreed strategic framework
  • Always open to learning and embraces and supports change
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken
  • Advanced level of MS Office applications, especially master in excel
