Responsibilities

Provide monthly, weekly, daily or ad-hoc reports to internal customers and Top managements
Interact with all levels across the organization, business unit functions and international teams
Support special projects, reporting, analysis and process improvements
Cross functionality in the various tasks/systems
Gather, analyze and optimize data to make ongoing recommendations
Use data to drive process improvement for Sales teams
Conduct ad hoc analyses as well as deep dives with a focus on improving financial results

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and/or related fields
Ability to think analytically and strategically, take responsibility, set priorities
Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and you're willing (and able) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
Great teammate who can contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture on the greater data team
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
Strong time management, prioritization, work organization and multi-tasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Access, Power Point and Excel and end user tools such as Business Objects
