So, what responsibilities does the Customer Services Specialist – Fleet Management and Vehicle Tracking take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?

• Carrying out customer acquisition activities in weekly/monthly periods
• To organize the necessary training for existing customers to use Maestro's digital platforms.
• Following up on contacts such as customer requests, complaints and criticisms coming from the customer experience team on the Operations side, executing and reporting the solution
• Working in coordination with the relevant teams to improve and shorten damage and repair times by acting as a bridge with the after-sales services operation team.
• Organization of progress meetings with existing customers during the monthly payment period and strengthenrelations with customers
• Identifying, resolving and reporting instant or recurring issues affecting sales processes
• Ensuring rapid action is taken by communicating customer shares/requests to sales and product teams
• Entry of relevant sales protocols and follow-up with the sales team
• Organizing and carrying out periodic customer visits together with the sales teams
• Working in coordination with the operations and sales operation team to ensure smooth customer service processes
• Meeting the customer's needs in operational matters and identifying, resolving and reporting problems affecting sales processes

What are the Required Qualifications?

• Graduated from related departments of universities
• Minimum experience in sales, preferably in the Automotive Industry. 2-3 years of experience and experience in after-sales services
• Highly motivated and good at teamwork
• Customer-oriented employee, successful in human relations
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs
• Active driving and no travel disability
• Successful in reporting processes and presentation techniques,
• Proficient in reporting processes and presentation techniques
• Excellent command of English both speaking and reading
