Position Responsibilities:

To realize, define, implement, follow-up, update and develop Technical Services within the scope of the
technical demands of customers in industrial, construction and mining sectors,
To examine, evaluate, analyze and determine service needs of preventive maintenance activities in
customers,
To plan, perform and report services such as vibration analysis, gear control, open gear control, filtration
and etc.,
To follow global developments and customer activities related to products and services in competitors,
To coordinate with global business partners in the area of responsibility, to organize meetings and conduct
customer visits,
To prepare and update lubrication charts, recommendation tables,
To plan, monitor, finalize and report the product trial activities,
To plan and carry out technical trainings,
To carry out technical analysis of customer complaints, resolve and report,
To establish a database for the regular comparison of the performance levels of Fuchs industrial products
with the competitors in the market,
To carry out technical studies to increase the profitability of the company,
To offer customers the right products and services.

If you fulfil those below

Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering
Min. 2 years of experience in the maintenance and production field (preferably knowledge about lubricants)
At least Upper Intermediate level of English
Experienced in reporting
Good command of MS Office programs
Systematic, result oriented and prone to problem solving
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
No restriction for traveling (Mobility)
Resident in Ankara.
