If you fulfil those below;

4th grade undergraduate, new graduated or masters degree student in chemistry, chemical engineering,
At least Upper Intermediate level of English
Good command of MS Office programs and SAP,
More expert and rational skills,
Preferably knowledge about ISO 9001, ISO 14001,45001, IATF 16949 standards,
Professional knowledge in chemistry, Laboratory and device competence, Academic and literature research knowledge, Analysis and Test information,
Theoretical knowledge about Lubricants, Automotive engine/transmission/gear oils, base oils, additives, chemicals and working principles, formulation information, national international test methods, national-international specification requirements,
Technical knowledge about application area of lubes by means of technology, tribology,
Self-motivated, growth-mindset, development-oriented, familiar with project management systems,
Strong communication skills, being a team player, curious to learn, adaptable to change,
1-year contracted position,
Able to work full time 5 days a week,
Position will be based in İzmir Aliağa Plant R&D Laboratuary.

And if those are what you want to do;

To carry out research and development activities of automotive lubricant formulas
Preparing prototypes at laboratory scale, performing physical chemical and performance tests and report,
To search alternative raw material/base oil/formulas & confirm new alternatives by performing
laboratory analysis,
To calculate indicative cost of product,
To make product formula modifications and adaptations studies,
To follow-up of non-conforming production to correct them by making formula modification studies,
Preparation of periodic product test reports for TSE and follow-up of external laboratory organization,
To carry out lab studies to re-evaluate slow mover or off-spec products,
To create alternative formula recipes in SAP system by managing the prototype and verification studies,
Defining the formula, process recipe and quality control limits of raw materials and products in SAP,
To establish and adapt new test methods in RD lab,
Preferably to carry out R&D focused incentive projects, to follow current trends and innovations, literature and articles and to offer project suggestions in line with sectoral developments,
To provide all kinds of support for the operation, improvement and development of the Company's Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, IATF 16949:2016),
To comply with the legal requirements and the rules specified within the scope of the EHS management system and EPDK requirements.
